Refund Promises

Cartrack, how long do you take to process a refund? 2 months seems a little long, after numerous calls and promises from your company, I still have not received my double Debit refund. Your accounts department are giving specific dates for my refund and yet nothing is forthcoming. Seriously sort out your customer service levels as this is not acceptable.
