Refund owed to me by Cartrack

I am not happy with Cartrack because they debited my account twice for two months, and that is not part of our contract, when I ask them to refund me they told me to wait for 7-14 working days, tomorrow is the last day, I will come back to report them if they don't pay me back my money tomorrow.
