Refund not paid horrible service

I have sold my vehicle in Feb 2022 cartrack continued deducting even after I called and asked them to come remove the unit, the debit orders got ridiculous from 1 to 3 debit orders a month and crazy calls from legal department.... I made an arrangement they gave me 80% discount in August they deducted the agreed amount but still continued deducting 3 times a month I called the in and they said they will investigate, someone called me beginning of November saying the person that offered me the discount has left the company they processing a credit note I will get my refund in 14 working days I called last week Wednesday and I was told the supervisor us busy in a meeting. I WANT MY MONEY
