Refund my banking fees

Can cartrack refund the banking fees on my banking account. They processed 2 debit orders at once as a result my account had R150 banking fees. I have been waiting for more than 14 days and upon doing a follow up, I'm told that the credit note was only processed yesterday (29/05) and was not done when I initially requested for my refund on (14/05). I've called 3 times yesterday all the consultants I spoke to have been lying to me saying the query is pending with the admin department only when I call today, Katlego tells me that a credit note was done yesterday and I must wait 40days. I want my money and I will not wait for 40days.
