Refund due. No action.
I Cancelled tracker 2 weeks ago due to sale of vehicle Paid up front 3 years. Due refund. Promised resolution. Called last week again. No one knew anything. Promised action. Again Nothing to date.This is indeed sad.

13 Mar 2025, 13:52Insurer has changed tack. Spoke to Jabulani in accounts to sort out transfer of a credit owing to a new installation. So far so good. Review again tmrw when installation team contact to schedule fitment to new vehicle. Happy thusfar.
