Refund awaiting for 2 months

Last Year November 28th and November 29th , cartrack debited me twice. I have called in from November to now for my refund, to which the 7-14 working days has been over, whole of December and now we in 2026 and they saying the Ticket is still open. I will never ever take a Cartrack system again, nor will I ever prompt this company. They fast to take your money, and you will never get a refund when it's their fault.
