Refund and cancel

Does anyone knows how to cancel these Cartrack thingi ,they debited twice again and been complaining a lot about them but no changes and it’s been few months now ?

They are Nonsensically dishonest and *****!!,***** I say!!!.

I want my refund back and last time one of the agents told me that “we are sorry for that and unfortunately,we can’t reverse it on our side rather do it on ya side “ says a lady who knows very well they did it intentionally and now they can’t reverse it i my self must do it,how ridicule is that😫😡
