Refund

Cartrack is been double deducting on my bank account. Instead of deducting for 1 Contract they deducted for 2 Contracts while I have 1 contract with them. They promise to rectify the error and to refund me the amount that they have been deducting for 12 months . Since July they ignoring my calls or emails. Now they decided to cancel my contract without informing me
