Refund

I am so disappointed on your customer service, I am going to cancel your contract. How do you debit my account for 2 months while I have credit. You are ****mers!!, in February your consultant advised a refund was processed, I waited until jesus come, I called you in beginning of March and I was advised a lie again your consultant said you can not proccess refund with less that R300 credit and advised I wont be debited this month. I want my money back do not tell me stories.
