Refund
After my mom sadly passed away car tracker continued to deduct monthly premiums from her account,I sent them all relevant documents and requested a refund.All other insurance companies paid the money back,I have reached out many times but have received no meaningful response.They must pay the money back there is nothing special about the company!!!
