Refund

Car track deducted an extra R50 from my account without any valid reason... I perused my banking app which reflects any outstanding amount due to them..I perused and there were no outstanding amounts.. I will not fight over a 50 but I want to know why they deducted the extra 50..There has to be a valid reason if I have proof that there were/are no outstanding balances due to them..I have access to view any transaction be it late or not provided for..I checked the dates they withdrew there money.So could they explain why they felt they had the right to deduct my money without a valid reason and kindly don't contact me if you're agents are going to lie to me..I will not tolerate ********* behavior... This is my right and my money
