Refund

Car track are ****mers , my debit date fell on a Sunday and they debited when there were no funds on my account , i made a manual payment however they debited my account the same day i made a manual payment ,

i called for my refund on the 23rd of August till today , when i call , only being told my query has been escalated , i am using my money to call and to beg the refund my money back . They debited my account again this month yet there in money sitting there in advance . Every time when i call them they telling me it takes 14 working days to pay refund yet i requested for refund on the 23rd of August .
