Referral? A hoax, you will struggle to receive the discount.

I was referred by my mom to Cartrack. I accepted the contract and had my fitment installed. However she is now struggling to get her 2 free months for reffering me. It was said that she needs to contact the accounts department but upon contacting the accounts department they keep on dropping her call. So what is the use of referral if you its a struggle to get that 2 free months after the successful referral.
