Recovery warranty payment from Cartrack

I have a problem with Cartrack my car was stollen on November 2019 and I reported it immediately, and I have been the one calling them asking them to update me about finding my vehicle they have never called me for the update. And the option that I was paying had a recovery warranty, when I asked them about recovery warranty the first person said I do not have recovery warranty, the second person said she will call somewhere and ask on my behalf, and she did after that she told me that endeed I have a recovery warranty, but they have never paid me my recovery warranty, they said to me I was too late, while I was busy talking to them and sending emails to them all this while, January this year 2020 is when they told me that I am too late.
