Recovery Warranty not paid

I was looking at the reviews of Cartrack & its amazing how one company can be so poor when it comes to serving their clients, wow.

I am also a cartrack client, I was highjacked last week & my car was not found. I have a recovery warranty benefit but when I tried to claim I was to I was in breach of my contract because i did not report the tracker quarterly. as much as I don't get what does that have to do with me claiming because my premiums are in order, what i don't get is this: if i am in breach of my contract why has not anyone said anything before only when i need their assistant, why was i being debited every month without fail and if one is in breach of their contract shouldn't the contracted be terminated instead of being debited monthly?

I would really appreciate cartrack's assistance on this as I am a loyal customer for the past two years.
