Recovery warranty

Out companies truck was hijacked last year may. I submitted all documents required,including police report, case number, drivers polygraph test ect tryung to get them to pay the recovery warrenty. And once I submitted (more than once) the documents requested cartrack stopped reply or even acknowledging my emails. Needless to say it has now been over a year, and cartrack still haven't paid the warranty.
