Recovery Warrantee made in Bad Faith!

Absolutely useless, reported our vehicle as ****** a mere minutes after it was actually ****** in Krugersdorp at the Netcare Private Hospital parking on 30/08/2023.

They still could not retrieve our vehicle and furthermore refused to pay out their Recovery Warrantee on the basis that we as their client did not phone quarterly to have their unit tested to ensure that their unit is in working condition that we are paying for monthly. Here comes the kicker however, they themselves confirmed that their unit was indeed in working condition in their own Operations Report and also through their own Customer Service.

They carry on to state that they do not dispute the fact that their unit was indeed in working condition at the time that the theft occurred, but that we as their client still had the responsibility to adhere to the 'testing requirement' which we did not do (fully agree with that) and therefore even though it did not affect their capability to successfully retrieve our vehicle whatsoever, they still reject our Recovery Warrantee claim.

What a complete cop-out!!! Their unit (working condition) obviously did not help much in retrieving our ****** vehicle and their Recovery Warrantee is not made and upheld in good faith! They will look for any possible loophole to get out of any possible responsibility on their side and leave you as their client high and dry! Fair to say that we will not be making use of their services / units again.
