Recovery waranty

<p>My car was ****** via hijacking and it was reported to cartrack within 4 hours but it was not recovered till today, cartrack has a recovery waranty but i was informed that i wont be getting it because when they call me i wasnt aware of what was happening because i wasnt driving my car, i told them i will call the driver and find out if all is well of which i did but the driver was pointed with guns and was instructed to say everything was ok, cartrack went out to try and look out for the vehicle but never recovered.</p>
