Recovery fee Rejected

Last year on the 20th of April 2024 I was hijacked, the cartrack team tried to all my next keen call my next of keen when they noticed that something was going wrong with my car. However, they couldn't locate me nor get hold of me and why not act if you notice of something is not right with my unit? Nevertheless, I then app**** for a warranty fee but it was rejected and the reasons were: I didn't test the unit quarterly, I was surprised because that was never explained to me upon selling their product. I appealed with them but they never got back to me, I mean like the only thing that the cartrack company entertain is getting more and more customers just to make profit but they don't keep their promises of paying the recovery fee. I had provided all the documentation they needed, I mean even the proof of the payments that they claimed I miss, I had provided them. But my matter was never resolved. I'm really disappointed in this company, because they are misleading people with this recovery fee. I wouldn't advice anyone to take their product, especially after this experience them.
