Received a threatening sms that was not really valid

Received a threatening sms that was not valid. cartack arranged a de installation of a unit and moving to a new vehicle last week that was not even done yet and i receive a sms saying legal summons is being issued. I called and all they said is sorry not meant to be sent to me. I am do tired of Cartrack’s bad services. And now apparently i cant cancel. I need to go to the ombudsman because i had enough.

No one called me since my complaint. Miway called and cartrack just called as nothing is wrong. Tried once again to bully me into a new contract. I have an unit and they need to upgrade it to a fleet unit and now i need to sign a new contract again. And they want me to pay for a De - re installation. I am not doing a de re iam getting a new unit. I have handed this matter over to the ombudsman. They will be in contact shortly
