Received a great service from kabelo when i called regarding my query about reinstatement and deinstalation

Received a great service from kabelo when i called regarding my query about reinstatement and deinstalation. Kabelo is very patient and listen attentively. However, I would like to escalate the reinstatement department for lack of notification to me that the contract was reinstated and taking more than four days to action the request that could have led me to go to another service provider and the person who transferred me to Kabelo does not listen to the customer and is quick to transfer a call. There was no effort from them to confirm whether my query was resolved or not
