REAP OFF I called them to explain my financial problem and told them I do not have the possession of the car anymore and wanted to at least down grade I was told I cannot until after 3 years as I am on contract. They were not interested of my financial status all what they care about is to suck money from stranded people. Please be careful who you will be dealing with here.
