Really BAD after sales Service
Really BAD after sales Service. I had an AI system installed and after 10 day and nearly daily phone calls and messages on Social media, the system still does not work properly. They must come take the whole UNIT out before my 1st debit order tomorrow. Scheduling phoned and scheduled a technician at 08:00 this morning 09 September 2025. It is now 09:18 and still no technician or news on where he is. I have staff standing cause their technician was supposed to be here. I keep being told that the matter will be escalated, clearly the team that my complaints are going to just dont care. As long as their salaries are in their bank account montly.

02 Sept 2025, 11:04`Good day,
Please arrange for your units to be removed at no cost to me for cancellation fees. I have tried for the past 10 days (On a new System) to have issues resolved without success and having the matter passed on to normal customer service representatives and no senior managers. I am available at 4pm today. If no one arrives at my premises at 4pm today i will be lodging complaints to the following:
For a complaint against a tracking company in South Africa, you should first try to resolve it directly with the company, then if that fails, you can approach the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFOSA) or the FAIS Ombud, as these are independent bodies that handle complaints against financial service providers, which often includes tracking services, especially if linked to insurance policies. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission (NCC) if the issue relates to a breach of the Consumer Protection Act or with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA) if it's a dispute within the automotive industry.
