Real bad equipment and service
The Camera tracking has not been working from the installation, camera working. I raised a ticket, they palmed it off onto another department and closed the ticket... LOVELY No action has been taken the unit is not tracking with the actual location of the car, so there are two car positions on the map. Now and then it will jump to the correct position, almost like they are resetting it. This unit needs to be replaced!
