Re-refund for the money deducted from my account

I had an account with Cartrack. I dold my car in May 2025. I reported to them and I was advised to cancel the contract or track the car so that they can remove the tracker from my old car and install it to my new car. I was told that I will have to pay R865 for that job and if they can't find the car I will stii have to pay the same amount. I canceled the co tract and made an arrangement for 3 months payments starting from 20 September 2025 for R850. But I was told I was still goi going to pay the mo thly installment. On the 20th of August they deducted the monthly installment. On the 25th they deducted R850 and on the 27th which is today they deducted another R850. I tried to reverse those two amounts from my bank but yhey couldn't do it. I was asked tocall Cartrack to reverse them. The lady I sopke yo said they cannot reverse them because I owe them. I told her that this money is my petrol money to go to work until I get paid next month and I want it back because I made a arrangement and it is on their system a d she can see it. I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was in the meeting. Please help me to get my money back.
