Camera deinstallation has not happened, I placed the order in December 20th, even today we are asking cartrack for the camera deinstalation but they are not assisting us, I need that camera to be installed in a new car but they have not assisted us and it's been almost 2 months now. Even when we call they say they can't help until they deinstall the previous one but till date they haven't. The car was written off and has moved to a Durban s**** yard. Also the footage of that accident is need by insurance and the police because someone died in that accident.
