RATHER JOIN ANY OTHER GROUP BUT NOT CARTRACK. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST

I signed a digital contract which by the way made me acknowledge terms of conditions that I didn't even get a chance to read cause I wasn't even sure there was such a contract in place. I only found out about this contract 2 years later when I finally had a dispute with them, a car got written off and they said I had to pay a cancelation fee bare in mind this is not a premature cancelation but the contract automatically comes to an end because they can't monitor the car anymore and I also can't claim money from them but they started billing my account and I've decided to go through the legal route to sort this out, because their useless consultants just keep on lying saying the manager will contact me and this has been going on since November

MY MISTAKE WAS NOT RESEARCHING BEFORE I JOINED THEM, THEIR SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE BUT WHEN IT COMES TO PAYMENTS THEY WILL BOTHER YOU NIGHT AND DAY
