Random debit orders and unprofessional staff

If there was a negative 5 I would be rating them that Their whatsapp line is useless. I had an outstanding balance on my account, they offered a payment arrangement which I adhered to. While payment was made under their payment arrangement, they still billed my bank multiple times in a month. Each time I called in, they qouted an outstanding balance, despite the payment arrangement offered. I requested them to log a ticket and provide the ticket number. A few days of week later, the ticket is closed with no resolution. When I ask the legal department, they have no solution and just apologized for the inconvenience. My account is still being debited random amounts at random dates each month, costing me money to reverse because they take forever to resolve simple issues. I am disgusted at the lack of professionalism from their consultants and each and every one of them has failed to assist 😞

I would never recommend their service. I have used Tracker as a service provider and their service was exceptional. This is disappointing
