R150000 recovery warranty is a ****

Cartrack failed me at my time of need, they failed to recover my car and came up with excuses not to pay the 150k recovery warranty cover. First they said, I defaulted on payments of which I argued, then it was the unit not being tested of which it was. I am truly heartbroken and disappointed to be let down by the company I trusted for 6 years. The 150k recovery warranty is just for sales, they never honour it. Never will I go back to Cartrack nor refer anyone. So disappointed….
