R150 000 warranty claim

One star because I can’t give Zero. My car was ****** on the 4th of January 2022. I got my first device installed ion the 30th of September 2021. Well first of all when my car was ******, Cartrack did not alert me, even when the tracking device was removed from the vehicle, nothing from cartrack. Anyway when I claimed for the R150 000 warranty, they said I didn’t get the device tested in the three months from first installation but here’s the thing, I did get it tested and the device was replaced! Cartrack still doesn’t want to pay! I would advise anyone that is on cartrack to CANCEL and join any other company. You actually better off with no tracking device!!
