R150 000 RECOVERY WARRANTY IS A **** THEY USE TO ATTRACT CLIENTS

2021 my vehicle got hijacked, up to this point car track has never called to give me feedback on the recovery progress. Upon taking up the contract, I was informed that one of my benefits is the recovery warranty of R150 000, to this date, 3 years later, car track is still giving me the run around regarding the warranty fee. They are even failing to provide me with the call recording of the contact, they keep giving me a 9 minutes record which is not completed. Each da I have to spend airtime trying to follow up but each person tells a different story.
