R150 000 payout from Cartrack is bogus.

R150 000 payout is *******.......

My vehicle was ****** in October 2019. The incident happened @ 04:45 in the morning. I woke up at 07:00 and reported my vehicle ****** to Cartrack.

They could not track it, they could not recover it and most importantly of all they could not do what I paid a monthly subscription for, deliver a service to a client.

I was on the premium package which allows me to be covered by their R150 000 payout if they do not recover your vehicle story (yes, the one you get called for and the one you hear on the radio).

Let me tell you...... They will find any reason not to pay you out. So don’t trust or fall for their little stupid marketing lie that they are running now.

They did not recover my vehicle and they did not pay the R150 000 cover that my contract with them covers. Even though each and every one of my installments were on time and in full.

It is a disgrace and a shame that us hard working South Africans get pulled into these false and deceptive lies that are sold to us.

We pay our way! With hard earned monies and then massive corporations such as Cartrack come and sell you a bunch of lies and still make you pay for it.

I must say their service, communication and representation is non-existent. Well done Cartrack. You have yet another unhappy customer.

You have lost my business and faith. I will spread the word and make sure that honest hard working South Africans do not fall for your lies.
