quick to take your money but don't deliver the service agreed on

In fact no star for this company, they are very quick to take your but fail to deliver. I requested a de-re installation 2 weeks ago and paid the required mine same day. Till this day they have not assisted, i need to run after them for updates the next thing they promise to call back and never do. They will deducted end July for a car that is not even in my possession and they are aware.... I so regret joining this company with all my cars
