Quick to respond mostly within 1 minute of a call request / when car is started and 24hr control room watch is active. Zandile April was quick and very professional when i updated my car's registration💪🏼. Just here and there my location gets stuck on one point even after driving for sometime then later updates to where i will be that time but besides that im happy
