Quick response, then spammed for months

After noticing Cartrack offering great vehicle tracking at an affordable rate I submitted my contact details to obtain more details. I really appreciate the call from an agent to provide me with all relevant information. I then informed the agent that I do not deem the vehicle tracking a necessity for my current vehicle, but that I would contact Cartrack when I buy my next vehicle. I believed that would be the end of the matter, but I have been proven very wrong. For the past two months I receive at least one call per day from Cartrack, apparently following up on my initial request for information. It should not be too difficult for any business to update their records, these continuous calls have become such a frustration that I am now convinced to look for another service provider upon taking delivery of my new vehicle. I am now spammed by Cartrack, after many agents promised to remove my contact details from their database.
