Questionable service

I was scheduled for a fitmet as per the below sms "Fitment for vehicle MWT863GP scheduled for approx. 2022/10/11 08:10 Technician : Petrus Nell Cartrack ***" I recievd that sms at 7:25am.

At 8:20am I get a call from a Nicole that the technician that should be doing the fitmet is not around and she will all locate this fitmet to another technician and I get the below sms "Fitment for vehicle MWT863GP scheduled for approx. 2022/10/11 09:10 Technician : Petrus Nell Cartrack ***" I got this at shortly after the call. It's inutes to 2 and still no contact. I call your call center numerous times and finally get through to a lsy that tells me nothing has been scheduled for today and that fitmet can only take place NEXT WEEK Tuesday. This experience is not been a delight at all!
