Putting car track without consent of an owner.

Hello Peter, I wanted to cancel my cartrack.Cartrack says I must pay R2600 cancelation fee of which I did not even sign a contract with them.They put car track on new car toyota then I bought having that cartrack of which don't need it.They put cartrack without the owner of car.I bought a car not a cartrack.let them cancel their service because I never had contract with no need their service.pls help
