Honestly speaking cartrack is somehow *******.

I am going through some phase in terms of making my payments and I call them when I see my financial situation will not permit me to pay them. I ask for downgrade for all the cars I have with them, they require a R350 downgrade fee for each car!!!! Hello I just said I cannot afford to pay premiums so how the he'll will I afford R350 for each car!!!.....Honestly people should not fall for this trap of a company. Even worse they don't even tell you about this fee when enrolling the car!...pure *******...
