We have already for month problems with this system. We call and email, they used to send an technician to fix the problem and it lasts for a few days and the system is not working anymore! We tried this for about 3-4 times. After that they didn’t even bother to send someone. We stopped our payment because of the fact that we don’t get a service (who pays for something without receiving a service?) now that phone 1 or 2 times a day to ask why we stopped paying and to get the payments reinstated. If you tell them to come and fix the problem first they very politely tell you that you first need to start paying again! That road we tried already for a few months and belief me it doesn’t work. We got the contract on a business account so they can’t force payment through the bank, But know that if you got this through a private account they can force payment! It’s incredibly how they are organized to do this, I think they have more staff working for this purpose then they have for retrieving your car. Pure mafiosi style! Mathias Devos / Koen Colman
