Profile changing without informing me

I had 2 bikes and 2 vehicles on my profile with you guys. Last year 1 bike was ****** and you guys failed to recover. Right after that I was able to see all 4 of the profiles on my app- the 2 cars, the bike and the ****** bike( marked as ******). Now I’m only seeing the ****** bike and not the other bike. I don’t know what’s going on. One minute i can see all my vehicles and the next minute I can’t. Then every few weeks i need to call in as my app is not updating. As we speak the last update on one of my cars was yesterday at 18:47.
