Professionalism should be part of training.

One of the agents (Bongani) just directly insulted me on the line all because Im asking a lot questions and 'wasting his time' throughout the call he couldn't even answer direct and simple questions and treats everything as attack/objection. I told the lady that I inquired because I want it I just wanna have certain questions answered before I proceed. But with kinda of service I would rather stick the pathetic tracker I have at least they don't insult me at all. I'm disappointed. I will inquires again because I really have high hopes for you guys. Just hope this time I will speak to a better agent.
