Professional and exceptional service even through adversity!

Id like to extend a compliment to Njabulo Nhatumbo (Retentions Officer). In a time of great adversity he remained grounded and showed great integrity dealing with my request to cancel my contract with CarTrack. I took a decision to cancel all 3 of my units with CarTrack as in good conscience I simply cannot continue to support a business that allows their staff members to come to work and die on duty. However, Njabulo's professionalism and ability to still deliver exceptional service in this time shows the quality staff that are in the building. Thank you Njabulo, while I do not resonate with the exco of CarTrack, I do respect that you still maintained pride in your service delivery! Thank you for excellent service!

CarTrack I sincerely hope that losing a staff member to death on your premises makes you open your eyes and start taking care of your staff and their wellness!
