Problem never solved
The amount quoted was deducted double. I spoke to Kathlabo Komatsu she never got back to me to resolve matter. They charging a diffrent unit that is not installed. The unit should be R99 to 115 pm I'm being charged R239.You hold on for hours on the phone

How is this possible of my account gets deducted twice each month. I have been phoning to resolve this matter since November 2017 and no one is able to help me!!! Should I rather cancell this service and go else where...
