Pro rata debit without authorization.
Horrible experience with a consultant by the name of Phemla Soko. They cannot even explain a simple pro rata after they debited my account without authorization. They changed my debit order date willy nilly without my approval.
Bunch of ****s at cartrack. Disgusted
They should get half a star.
