Previous owner still tracking my car. Cartrack doesnt want to deactivate even with proof of ownership of the vehicle.

Cartrack has been giving me a run around. I spoke to 3 different client service consultants over a period of 7 days. When you call, they will never forward you to the person you spoke to. It started with Charlotte Zelda Makhubela, then Dikantsemang Phaedi who said Nqobile Khumalo will call. When I call, Nqobile has knocked off. I bought a used car which has an active tracker that is still under the previous owner. I have enatis documents proving that the car now belongs to me but cartrack refuses to deactive tracking so that the previous owner cannot track the car. The dealership sent them enatis documents as well, they are still refusing. I am currently tracked by a stranger and cartrack doesnt want to deactivate and say they are waiting for the previous owner to give them an approval. How crazy is that??? Im a women driving a car that can be tracked by a stranger and cartrack doesnt want to do anything about it. I am flabbergasted to say the least. Ohh and they dont give reference numbers.
