Predatory business practice. Warranty in 12 months on a 36 month contract

Watch out for these guys. They have a 12 month warranty on a 36 month contract with them. They will tell you that they will start charging for callouts when the device is faulty. For which, it will definitely start giving you problems after that.

They don't mention this on their sales piece nor when you sign a contract with them.
