Powerevent Alert.

Nonthandazo khanyile is the one that gave me a call regarding a battery alert on my car...but my disappointment she just cut the call in my ear without even finishing the conversation with me therefore her service is really poor I believe she needs more training on customer service, I believe an appropriate way to close a call with a customer 1st you listen to my answer then ask if there's anything you can assist with then close a call with " Thank you have a great day further " not just cut a call that's very rude.
