Popia law being disregarded

I got tracker and told them I don't want any marketing related calls to my surprise i received multiple calls from cartrack for insurance. I told Nhlanhla shezi they breaking the popia law. He started telling me im wasting his time complaining i asked to speak to someone else and could hear him in the background telling everyone im those girls who thinks they are better. I feel disrespected and cartrack has broken the law
