Poorly Customer service

I call a car track on the 6th November from the advise I received from a Police Sargent that I must request the tracker to send a team to find my car as my partner ws no longer answering his call and was hijacked before, the refuse to help me they said it a civil matter without case number they can't assist I bag them for life if a human being now my car was tempted to be hijacked and it's damage and my Partner his brutal and fighting for his life bcz of cartracker couldn't help and safe a life. I receive a call from unknown that my partner his fighting for his life as community the are trying to call Ambulance they don't anymore bcz the fear he can die the way his bad I had to rush to the location. I will appreciate cartracker to terminate my contract with them with immediate effect bcz its useless am paying for something that am not benefiting on it the dnt knw client service.
