Make a point of canceling your tracker in both my cars or i will stop your monthly deductions, your service is very very poor your call center urgent are unable to help on emergency and have not desire to assist when you called in.i am unable to track my car since 00:30 That is 2 hours of not knowing where and what is happening to my car your signal is always not picking up my cars location i have called several time for you guys to fix the problem but these no desired need on your side to do so but i am paying R400 for to of my business cars for no service to Car track. you have failed to honor your side of contract to keep my business protected as promised car are at risk under your watch and i can't risk any further i will move to trackers that takes their business seriously i can't always predict if my car is fine or not i need to know at all time and that i am not getting from Car track and i have other trackers on my other cars that have never failed to deliver like you do. So please come take out your tracker on both my cars or i will stop paying and take you to court. it enough and i don't want your poor service anymore my business is not safe at all while i am using your tracker.
